Marisqueria Ca'n Jordi - one of the best and high standard seafood restaurants in whole Mallorca.
Approximately 5 kms outside the capitol city of the Balears, Palma de Mallorca lays the former fishing-village 'Ciudad Jardin'.
This village is nearly untouched by tourists - but very, very well known through its great seafood restaurants - first of all the Restaurant "Ca'n Jordi".

Businessmen, politicians, everyone with a good and well known name and reputation in the Balearic islands - yes, even his Majesty 'Juan Carlos I.', the King of Spain - and of course gourmets who love good and fresh seafood, meet here in the restaurant "Ca'n Jordi".
Every day (!) fresh fish and seafood is delivered from the famous fish-market of the harbour in Palma and is cooked immediately in front of the eyes of the guests, which are taken already at the entrance into the different world of the seafood gourmets. Already the smell and the atmosphere convinces everyone of a true consumption and the little 'side-trip' into a mediterranean world is really perfect here.

Fresh Shripms, Navajas, Almejas, Oysters, Datiles, Mussels (nearly any kind) Langostinos, Cigalas, Seasnails, Calamares and Lobster, Crabs and many other seafood out of the Mediterranean Sea and Atlantic Ocean - a real wonderland for gourmets of seafood and fresh fish, i.e. the Rodaballo, Serviola, Lubina, Denton and much more delicious specialities.

Every day at 12:30h opens the Restaurant "Ca'n Jordi" and a competent crew offers the guests a friendly and professional service, starting from the 'Aperitivo' with "Boccerones en Vinagre" or one of many other little bites which this restaurant offers.

Inside the restaurant with its covered terrace is room for approx. only 60 persons - but here exclusiveness, quality and cleanness counts. The attributes of the staff are obligingness and speed - they also give extraordinary recommendations of food and drinks, i.e. the great 'Albariño', well cooled this wine fits perfectly to seafood. Be really spoiled in the mediterranean way... and don't forget the specials of the spanish 'Sobremesa' (after dinner) like deserts, cafés, liqueurs, cognacs or champain (i.e. "Juvé y Camps"). It is really worth to enjoy a marvellous (sea) food once in a while!
